Deeply, Desperately begins with Lucy having to help the police with a missing woman case. Not only that, but it seems her current love's ex is trying to come back in the picture, and things are unclear on where Sean and Lucy now stand. With Lucy's heart on the line she's unsure what move she should make next, especially when she has cases to help solve, and love matches to find.
This one was very interesting, and fun. But not as good as the first one. I enjoyed getting to see more of Lucy's family, and all the interesting things that happened with them. But I was a little annoyed with the things that happened with Sean. I felt it could have been handled differently, and I was glad when Lucy finally took a stand when it came to that.
Other than that this book was funny, interesting, and I enjoyed the mystery to it as well!
