Burned - Karen Marie Moning

Burned begins right after Iced ended. Dani ends up going to some place she shouldn't and ends up missing for weeks. Now, a whole lot of drama kicks up with Mac, Barrons, and the rest of the gang. We basically see a whole lot of crazy stuff going on in this one, and they must all figure it out before it is too late.

This one was not as good as previous books. I wanted more of Dani in it. And I'm not sure I really like what happened to her. I hope "Dani" comes back. I really loved Dani. So, now I'm all kinds of confused. I did like seeing a little bit more of Mac, even though I was frustrated with some things that happened, it was still nice to see a different side to things this way. And the end was a freaking frustrating cliffhanger, that made not sense at all to me.. So, over all the book was okay. It wasn't bad, but not great either. I sort of felt like it was setting things up for the real story.. It was a slight disappointment, but I'm looking forward to the next one.
