Practically Imperfect begins when Gemma, who is a cop, ends up stumbling upon something that puts her life in danger. The thing is she really doesn't even know what she stumbled upon and it's not only getting dangerous it's getting downright terrifying for her and her loved ones.
Add in the addition of her long time neighbor Sam and things get even more out of control. When Sam and Gemma can't seem to stay away from each other, and the fact that he gets dragged into everything things take a turn for the worse.
This book was very interesting. I really enjoyed the plot line, and getting to see characters from previous books. This one wasn't as good as the previous ones, but it was still very enjoyable. I liked Gemma and Sam together. I just wish we had got to see a little bit more of their time together. It also ended with a nice HEA!
